Shipping & Return
At Sloane Casa, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery within your region/country usually takes 5–7 business days.
- International Shipping that includes UAE, QATAR & SAUDI: Delivery times vary based on destination. Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- We do not accept any returns after 7 days of delivery.
- Any returns within 7 days will be charged a shipping fee from the buyer as we are not based in the Middle East or UAE. Our shipping facilities are based in Lisbon, Portugal from where we ship the orders.
- All export or custom duties will be payed by the buyer and we ( SLOANE CASA ) are not responsible to cover them
- The returned products should be in the same condition as they were arrived. The buyer will be charged the full amount if there will be a damage to the product.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
